A LITTLE CLARITY CHANGES YOUR DAY

How do I get my tasks on my iPad or Mac?

Sign in to the same Apple Account on each device and keep iCloud Sync on (Timely › ⋯ › Settings › Integrations › iCloud Sync). There’s no Timely account to create. Changes usually arrive within seconds; tap Sync Now there to check right away.

iCloud Sync says “Not signed in” or “iCloud data deleted”.

“Not signed in” means no Apple Account is signed in under the device’s Settings — your tasks stay on the device. “iCloud data deleted” appears when Timely’s iCloud data was removed in Settings; nothing is deleted from the device, and Restore from This iPhone puts it back in iCloud.

Why don’t I see my calendar’s events?

Connect them in Timely › ⋯ › Settings › Integrations › iPhone Calendars (iPad Calendars on an iPad), and allow access when asked. If you declined earlier, turn Timely on under iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Calendars.

Reminders don’t alert me.

Allow notifications for Timely in iPhone Settings › Notifications › Timely. Your reminders stay saved either way.

How can I try Timely without my own data?

Turn on Demo Mode in Timely’s Settings. It opens a separate sample database; your own tasks are untouched and come back when you turn it off.

How do I undo something?

Most changes show a message with Undo for a few seconds. Deleted tasks go to Trash, where you can restore them.

Timely works on iPhone and iPad with iOS and iPadOS 18 or later, and on Mac with Apple silicon. Your data and privacy: see the Privacy Policy.
